As of January 1, 2016, we became an independent church, Numidia Valley Bible Fellowship.
We are excited to be on this journey with a new name and a renewed sense of God’s direction. Throughout the Bible, God changed believers’ names to reflect a transformation in their lives according to His plan. Abram to Abraham, Sarai to Sarah, Simon to Peter. We pray that our church’s new name would represent our obedience to the Lord’s leadership. Our desire is to see Christ exalted, families strengthened, and people discipled by the Word of God.
At Numidia Valley Bible Fellowship, we are a family eager to welcome new brothers and sisters. We walk this journey side by side, learning together, encouraging one another, and doing the Lord’s work. Bible-based teaching is essential to our growth, both as individuals and as a church. Through Sunday worship services and group Bible studies, we strive to learn continuously about the gospel of Jesus Christ and its indications for our lives. One way we can be obedient to the Word is by showing Christ’s love to the world around us. At Numidia Valley Bible Fellowship, we are blessed to take part in both international and local outreach by supporting Operation Christmas Child, Compassion International, The Navigators, local families in need, Angel Tree, WGRC radio, Highway Ministries, and the local fire company, among others. God has also given us a wonderful opportunity to reach children and families in our community with the message of salvation each year by hosting Numidia Vacation Bible School. Funding for our outreach is provided both by member donations and by hosting meals in our social hall. Individuals from the church family volunteer their time and talent to make this possible. These events are also part of NVBF’s ministry, as God opens the door for us to meet and fellowship with those in our community. In all things, we seek to demonstrate God’s love by showing our love for others, in hopes that each one would come to a personal saving relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
